Dear Technology Professional, As part of our commitment to the best possible service to members and careful stewardship of contributed dollars, the national organization of Alliance of Technology and Women has chosen to cease operations and refer current and prospective members to local/regional organizations around the country. Our leadership has acted out of the firm belief that services could be provided more cost-effectively and to greater impact if they are delivered locally and regionally . Our goal has been to craft a transition that will continue to accomplish ATW's original mission, powerfully and sustainably, for current and future professionals like you. Therefore, the national organization of ATW is no longer active. You can still find programs, services and communities of committed professionals around the country who are carrying on this work. Three ATW affiliates survive in various forms in the Southwest and Pacific Northwest. The Dallas and Silicon Valley chapters have chosen to merge with other non-profit organizations in their area. And the Phoenix chapter has formed a new local non-profit organization. Here's how to learn more about their activities: The Silicon Valley chapter has joined with SDForum to continue offering Tech Women's programs to members in the Silicon Valley area.
